Contact enquiries
The contact form sends the details you enter—such as your name, email, telephone number, selected service, municipality and message—to Life-Legacy through Formspree so that the team can respond. Service choices may appear in the page URL; your name, email, telephone and message are not placed in it.
Newsletter requests
The newsletter form separately submits your email and newsletter consent through Formspree. Submitting an enquiry does not select newsletter consent.
Share only what is needed
Please avoid submitting sensitive medical, legal or financial records. The site does not save form drafts in browser storage. Optional map loading connects to OpenStreetMap only when you expand the interactive map; social links open the corresponding third-party service.
